Orphaned mail rules

Using NotesPeak, look at the calendar profile document and see if there are any orphaned mail rules. They will appear as $FilterFormula_1, $FilterFormula_2, etc. If there are any, you should be able to delete them by deleting the calendar profile document. Just be sure to disable any wanted mail rules prior to the deletion and then re-enable them afterward.
